Outfit Post… Fabulous Feet

It seems odd to think that what we wear on our feet can make such a difference to our well-being, mood and energy levels but it is so important to wear the right footwear! I have had problems with my knee for a while now and whilst I don’t know what caused it I can only try to look after my knees by wearing the right things on my feet! I walk across London often and when I do I am most likely to be carrying a violin on my back! It can get pretty tiring, especially when the walk is up to 40 minutes in busy rush hour madness.

As soon as I discovered these Adidas trainers I knew they were the ideal fit for me…. At around £50.00 I think these trainers are a steal for how much comfort and support they give my feet! The cloud foam cushioning sole is perfect for all the impact the shoes go through with my brisk walking. My feet also feel so light and bouncy when walking and I don’t feel weighed down anymore.

I also love the style of these shoes. Part of the problem with wearing trainers is that transition from walking to looking semi-professional. Whilst violin teaching doesn’t require me to be dressed in a suit, I still feel the need to look smart. These shoes are mostly black but have a pretty floral patterned band at the top to give that additional feminine touch. I just love how they look.

I feel like I can pair these trainers with most things without clashing with my outfit too much. I wear them with skirts, shorts, dresses and trousers! These are just beautifully practical! Below I’ve styled them with a smart black skirt and polka dot jumper. I think they work well and do not look out of place within the outfit. I couldn’t recommend these more if you need a little more support in your daily footwear. They are obviously not suitable to wear in an office environment but for commuting outdoors they are perfect!

  1. I am so in love with this outfit! I love pairing trainers with smart skirts and nice tops – it just adds a really fresh element to the outfit! And these trainers are so pretty! Black is always a great option as they look really good with tights but then the little floral print adds a nice feminine touch – I love them! The setting where you took your photos looks really beautiful as well – is this somewhere in London or down south here? 😊 xxx

    1. Thank you! These trainers just go with everything and they are perfect for me as I was finding it hard to find shoes to go with my outfit whilst attempting to look smart 😂 🙈 . Aww thanks about the setting. It was actually in Eton as me and Owen went to Windsor for the weekend and had a nice walk there. Definitely recommend going there! Also, Windsor castle is beautiful and the actual town centre is really cute. xxx
