If you read my blog you would have seen that I went to the Sky Garden restaurant Fenchurch Street for my birthday. Here is a sneak peek at what I wore that evening. I love dressing up and have loads of clothes but still find old favourites hidden in my wardrobe that only get worn on special occasions. The dress I wore is actually a few years old but I love the lace detail on it and the back is gorgeous.
For part of my makeup I decided to wear my Lancôme eye shadow. I normally go for natural brown shades for my eyes but felt like I wanted to make my dress and makeup blend together to create a blue inspired look. Blue is in fact one of my favourite colours and is also my eye colour so this eye shadow is one of my favourites. The quality of the application is amazing also. I’d love to try their brown shade too when I saved up some shopping spree money. I would also like to rate the Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer. I have only got into eyeshadow primers over the last year and they make such a difference to the application and staying power of any eye makeup you combine. I also think the little wand is so cute that you apply it with. One other product I couldn’t live without is my Seventeen waterproof eye mascara. It is such great value and works so well with my lashes! It doesn’t clump like other mascaras and is definitely my little gem of high street makeup.
Let me know what you think of this look and products!
